Make a limited account in windows XP administrator

To do so:-
1.click start menu and then click run,then type cmd and press enter(a DOS window will appear)
2.type
net localgroup administrators username /add
n ENJOY full access to the computer as an administrator......
*NOTE*
IF THE USERNAME CONSISTS OF TWO WORDS KEEP IT INSIDE "" ,that is,
net localgroup administrators "user name" /add
