Error Message: "Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator"
Symptom:
When you try to open Task Manager, the following error may occur:
Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator
Resolution
This error is caused if the DisableTaskMgr restriction is enabled. To enable Task Manager, try one of these methods:
IMPORTANT: If this restriction was enabled in your system without you doing anything or without your knowledge, then it's highly likely that a Virus has blocked the usage of Task Manager in your system by enabling the DisableTaskMgr policy via the registry. I strongly suggest that you perform a thorough checkup of your system immediately. Steps listed in the Resolution section of this article helps you unblock the Task Manager, but that does not remove the Virus (if any) from your system.
Method 1
Click Start, Run and type this command exactly as given below: (better - Copy and paste)

Download and run this REG fix and double-click it.
Method 3
Click Start, Run and type Regedit.exe
Navigate to the following branch:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies\ System
In the right-pane, delete the value named DisableTaskMgr
Close Regedit.exe
Method 4: Using Group Policy Editor - for Windows XP Professional
Click Start, Run, type gpedit.msc and click OK.
Navigate to this branch:
User Configuration / Administrative Templates / System / Ctrl+Alt+Delete Options / Remove Task Manager
Double-click the Remove Task Manager option.
Set the policy to Not Configured.
OR
Click Start
Click Run
Enter gpedit.msc in the Open box and click OK
In the Group Policy settings window
Select User Configuration
Select Administrative Templates
Select System
Select Ctrl+Alt+Delete options
Select Remove Task Manager
Double-click the Remove Task Manager option
And, since the policy is Remove Task Manager, by disabling the policy, you are enabling the Task

Now Follow These Steps Make Backup Of Your Registery And File Name Explorer.exe [W*NDOW$/explorer.exe]

1:-:Open Resource Hacker utility. Click on File ---> Open. Type "explorer.exe" in the text box.

2:-:Expand String Table ---> 37 from the tree view and click on 1033

3:-:From the right window next to where start is written in front of 578 edit the text to what you want on your start button.
For example I edited it to GHOST

4:-:Click on the "Compile Script" button on top of the right window. Now click on File ---> Save as ----> GHOST.exe

5:-:Open registry editor by clicking on Start ---> Run and typing "regedit" at the text box. Navigate to
HKEY_Local_Machine -> Software -> M*CRO$OFT -> W*NDOW$ NT -> CurrentVersion -> Winlogon

6:-:From the right pane double click on shell and replace "explorer.exe" with "GHOST.exe"

7:-:Restart your computer to see the changes.

Create a system restore point just incase if something goes wrong you can roll back to the original settings. Make a backup copy of explorer.exe in a safe place, maybe in a different folder.

Install NSS
Install NSU
Connect your phone and wait for Windows to install the drivers.
Open NSS and click on “Scan for new device” on the right-upper part of the window

When the flashing with NSU is over, start-up your phone and you’ll have the pleasant surprise that your phone’s firmware is the latest Nokia non-branded firmware in date!
NOTE: I advise you to disable any antivirus and firewall on your PC during the flashing.
In order to find out the product code for other phone models, download the firmware for your phone model, connect your phone to NSS, click « Scan », then « Flash », and after that look for your product code when on « Market » you will see your country. Write down this number, then you can start the manipulation as described above. Anyway, we will soon have the product codes for all the models, so we won’t need this step.
